Introducing, to those who may or may not know her, Kiharu Takagi, in Part II. I really like her design. xD; Even if it was me who designed her skirt (ookamirox designed the rest, o'course). Anyway, I basically drew this for ~ookamirox to show her my idea for the skirt. But, seeing as that's not so exciting, I guess I could also say it's a gift for her putting up with me, lol. (It's also a fanart. I really like Kiki.) xD; I can be a very difficult person, as some may know. Lol! Oh, and the background is far too ... annoying and blank. xD; So I added her clan symbol, lol!.
